masalah mesin cetak digital
Pada saat cetak berlangsung sering kali bergantian warna yang hilang, sehingga membuat hasil cetakan jadi jelek dan penuh garis-garis. Hal ini banyak faktor mulai dari Suhu temperatur ruangan, Voltage head yang kurang tepat, ada kebocoran yang menyebabkan timbulnya buble pada selang, kondisi cariage board yang kurang bagus, Tinta juga pengaruh dari urutan yg paling akhir.
Tinta sering lambat memberikan Pasokan tinta pada Sub Ink Tank., Hal ini disebabkan karena kondisi ink pump sdh lemah , akhirnya memperlambat mengisi tinta pada sub ink tank.
Pada saat cleaning head, kadang tinta tidak mau keluar atau bahkan keluar terus tdk mau berhenti, Hal ini biasanya disebabkan Solenoid valve nya rusak
Sering kali masalah head rusak, - Buntu permanen : Hal ini biasanya disebabkan karena, rendaman pada head sampai kering, biasanya kalo sdh buntu sangat sulit untuk dikembalikan semula, penanganya di dorong dan ditarik pakai suntikan, tiap hari head di rendam - Head Lemah pada saat Cleaning, Hal ini biasanya ditandai pada saat cetak sering kali tidak keluar tinta, atau disebut cloging. Cara penangananya rendam headpada saat mesin berhenti - Elektronika atau chip head rusak, biasanya ditandai kondisi fisik head dan cleaningnya bagus tapi pada saat dilakukan cetak, hasilnya sangatburuk sekali.
Bahan media pada saat cetak miring kiri atau kanan, cek roller belakang sebagai pemutar bahan harus benar-benar lurung dan seimbang, atau bisa juga karena pinch roller penarik bahan sdh tdk seimbang, ada yg kuat dan lemah
Motor head tidak mau jalan, biasanya driver motor atau servo motornya yang bermasalah.
Mesin selalu menabrak di posisi parkir, karena disebakan microswtch pada home mesin tidak berfungsi.
Head pada saat akan cetak berjalan tersendat-sendat, hal ini bisa diakibatkan sensor encoder rusak, strip encoder jamuran, long kabel, driver motor, servo motor.
Ada salah satu ink pump tinta tidak mau menarik tinta, biasanya pelampung ink tank, long kabel, ink board.
Terdengar alarm pada mesin, hal ini karena disebabkan dapa safety tank nya terisi tinta akibat salah satu pelampung ada yg tdk berfungsi.
Mesin tidak bisa firing di posisi home, cek printhead voltage, software ink purging, printhead board
Jikalau semua kerja ink pump berhenti atau terdengar alarm, maka safety tank terisi tinta, harus di kuras sampai bersih.
Fiber optik mempengaruhi kinerja voltage pada head dan data signal pada cariage board, so banyak kendala yg diakibatkan kerusakan pada kabel fiber optik
Ketika cleaning warna, biasanya tinta terus keluar tidak mau berhenti atau justru tidak mau keluar, itu yg rusak valve atau solenoid.
Raster encoder sangat pengaruh sekali pada hasil gambar yang menimbulkancorak vertikal
Jika pada mesin indoor,terjadi salah satu tinta tidak keluar sama sekali dampernya kosong penangananya (matikan mesin)--->(pencet tombol function +remote sambil menyalakan mesin pencet terus sampai keluar tulisan baca media)--->(functions)--->(#test)--->(ink cartridge)--->(cartridge valve)--->(functions)--->(sedot damperyang kosong satu"sampai tintanya full)--->(pasangkan kembali damper)--->(fill up ink)--->(test nozzell)
Jika pada saat print atau mesin sedang jalan,tiba" voltase berubah" masalahnya adalah pada kabel flexibel yang menghubungkan ke head,jika masih berarti convert ink cardnya.
Jika main board yang terletak pada atas head tidak nyala kemungkinan kabel yang menghubungkan ke power suply bermasalah atu cobot bisa saja putus
Jika tombol pada sofware mesin aktif semua (tombol naik turu)penangananya yaitu box (X) dan box (Y) coba copot kabelnya kemungkinan kendor atu kotor,apabila mesin memakai PC i CARD maka coba bersihin PC i CARD tersebut,jika masih juga coba cek SERVO BOARDnya
Jika mesin no respons penangananya hampir sama sama poin no 19.
Jika mesin nge home tidak pada semestinya,tetapi masih bisa buat print banyak kemungkinan bisa saja dari pita encoder,encoder sensor,yang paling berakibat fatal adalah print head board,penangananya yaitu coba anda bersihkan pita encoder sensornya,terus pada encoder sensornya juga anda bersihkan dengan tisyu yg halus pada bagian sensornya tetapi harus hati" dan pada pemasangan encoder sensornya harus tepat posisinya karena itu yang memungkinkan pada saat print menjadi kacau.
Pada saat cleaning head,harap di perhatikan saat pemencetan tombol perhatikan durasinya harap jangan terlalu lama,karena bukan ga mungkin hasilnya bukan jadi bagus malah sebaliknya dikarenakan jika pada saat cleaning terlalu lama bisa terjadinya masuknya angin dalam selang tinta itu yang kadang mengakibatkan habis kita cleaning bukanya bagus malah jadi bergaris atau yang fatal malah tinta jadi tidak keluar sama sekali.

MERUBAH FILE FLV KE DAT TANPA SOFTWARE/APLIKASI TAMBAHAN
Okeh baiklah sobat bloger yang berbahagia, pada kesempatan malam minggu ini, saya akan berbagi ilmu, tips, dan trik cara mengubah atau mengganti format file tanpa sofware dan aplikasi.
Q:"Kok bisa ?"
A:"ya bisa lah, asal kita tau aja hhaha :D"
langsung aja berikut caranya :
>Step 1
~.Buka sebuah jendela (window), lalu pilih Tool pada Menu bar terus pilih Folder Option
*bagi yang tidak ada Menu bar-nya silahkan kesini
~.Di Folder Option pilih tab View,terus hilangakn ceklis pada Hide extensions for known file types
~.Tekan Apply lalu OK
Alternatif-nya kalian bisa menggunakan Tools Smadav (bagi yang punya Smadav
~.Buka interface Smadav, pilih tab menu Tools
~.Pada tab menu Tools pilih lagi tab menu System Editor
~.Ceklis (Centang) pilihan SFE (Show File Extension)
~.Click Apply & Restart Explorer.exe, trus exit
>Step 2
~.Cari file yang ingin di ubah atau di ganti formatnya (sebagai contoh saya akan mengganti format video .flv menjadi .avi)
~.Click file tersebut 2x dengan selang waktu lebih dari 5 detik untuk click pertama ke click ke dua atau klick kanan file tersebut lalu pilih rename
~.Ganti nama (format) di belakang titik dengan nama (format) yang sobat inginkan
*contoh : nama filenya Video.flv maka kita ganti nama (format) di belakang titik menjadi avi sehingga nanti hasilnya Video.avi
~.Lalu tekan Enter, bila keluar notice pilih saja OK, selesai deh,.. gampang bukan ^^
Catatan :
*Gunakanlah cara ini ketika sobat sudah terdesak, atau kepepet
*cara ini tidak mengurangi kapasitas, hanya merubah informasi formatnya saja
*ke-gunaan atau ke-unggulan cara atau tips ini yaitu :
~.Ketika sobat ingin memasukkan video yang telah sobat download dari youtube yang ber-format .flv ke-powerpoint yang hanya mengenal format .avi, sobat bisa menggunakan cara ini dengan syarat pc atau laptop sobat telah terinstal K-lite (MPC=Media Player Clasik) versi 4 ke-atas
~.dan masih banyak lagi bila sobat telah kepepet waktu ^^
